Position Overview
Our client is seeking experienced CSA Project Managers to support the delivery of major construction and fit-out projects across Europe.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the management and delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages across large-scale, technically complex projects, with a particular focus on data centre and mission-critical developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full delivery of CSA packages from pre-construction through to completion.
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of CSA works in line with project programme and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants, design teams, main contractor and specialist subcontractors.
- Manage and monitor subcontractor performance, progress and deliverables.
- Review and coordinate drawings, specifications, technical submissions, RFIs and design changes.
- Monitor programme progress and proactively address delays, risks and constraints.
- Ensure works are delivered to the required quality, specification and safety standards.
- Manage project meetings, progress reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Support procurement, commercial management, variations and cost control associated with CSA packages.
- Coordinate inspections, quality control, snagging and handover activities.
- Work closely with project, commercial, design and HSE teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager, Project Manager or similar senior construction role.
- Strong experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial, commercial or large-scale fit-out projects.
- Strong technical understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural works.
- Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors, consultants and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project programmes and delivery methodologies.
- Experience working on large-scale, high-value construction projects.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate across Europe depending on project requirements.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience on hyperscale data centre projects.
- Experience working on major European construction projects.
- Relevant degree or qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM/Revit or similar platforms.
- Relevant professional or project management qualifications.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects and can take ownership of the CSA scope from planning through to successful completion.
Candidates should be proactive, commercially aware and technically competent, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive subcontractors and project teams to meet programme, quality and safety requirements.
Data centre experience is highly desirable, although candidates with strong experience across other major construction or fit-out projects will also be considered.
