About the role
As a manager, you will play an important role in project work. Your responsibilities include communication with clients as well as guiding and supporting junior colleagues. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases across different sectors and to develop your career. You will be part of a highly motivated team where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.
As a principal, you will oversee and supervise project work. You will bring cutting-edge research to cases and provide a balanced, robust view of the matter. Condensing complex information to its essentials will be a key challenge. Additionally, as a principal, you will represent E.CA to the broader competition policy community, shaping our image as a thought leader and trusted consultancy. Strengthening existing client relationships and establishing new ones across various industries and countries will be part of your career development. You will be part of a highly motivated team where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.
About you
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in competition policy or related fields
- Proven ability to manage complex research and consulting projects
- Potential to expand E.CA’s existing customer base
- A PhD or equivalent degree is advantageous
- A strong empirical or econometric background is a plus
- Excellent command of English
- German knowledge at minimum B1 level is advantageous
