Due to our continued growth, we are actively seeking an seasoned treasury professional to join our team to help with the development and recognition of Zanders in the DACH region. To contribute your expertise and drive excellence in the evolving landscape of finance. Our main locations in Germany are Frankfurt and Cologne but we are potentially open to another Germany-based hybrid location and work-from-home models.

You will primarily help to drive our growth plans in Germany and the wider the DACH region and contribute to the development and recognition of Zanders in the region. You will be engaged in business development as well as advise clients and manage projects. Your role will also include:

• Responsibility for introducing Zanders to multinational corporations in Germany and the wider DACH region, presenting our services to customers
• Helping building to build Zanders\‘ business in the DACH region – identifying new business and shaping solutions and services for our clients
• Researching market/product developments and seeking-out trends and developments in treasury
• Representing Zanders at various events and publishing on thought leadership topics
• Leading teams that optimise the organization, processes and systems of our customers in the area of treasury management, for example with the implementation of innovative solutions regarding treasury analytics and artificial intelligence
• Managing projects within the scope of strategic treasury transformation or M&A transactions, e.g. optimizing cash/liquidity or financial risk management and helping to prepare an organization for M&A transactions
• Developing the design of system landscapes and support our customers in the selection and introduction of treasury systems, including their implementation
• Responsibility for the professional management and development of our team and support colleagues in their professional and personal development
• A track record in initiating client contacts and discussions as well as in the sale of consulting services
• An existing network of contacts in Germany and the DACH region
• At least 9 years of Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting experience
• Deep knowledge of treasury management, Treasury Management Systems, in-house banking, liquidity management, including working capital management, payments and bank connectivity in the area of Treasury Transformation and Transaction Services for Mergers & Acquisitions, divestures and spin-offs
• Preference for implementation knowledge of treasury management systems such as SAP, FIS, ION, Kyriba, Coupa or others and other related tools such as payment solutions and SWIFT
• Motivation to work in an international, innovative/entrepreneurial environment
• An agile mindset and with tenacity and willingness to contribute to Zanders’ growths plans
• Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelor’s or Master’s-Degree
• Self-reliant, flexible, critical, proactive, innovative and a team player
• Willingness to travel
• Experience of working in globally diverse teams
• Fluent in business English and German is a must
• Legally authorized to work in Germany
