Job Description:

What you are responsible for:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their business objectives, technological needs, and challenges. Analyze and document business requirements to develop tailored IT solutions.
• Design and propose innovative technical solutions that align with client needs, leveraging our digital platforms, middleware technologies, and service offerings. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, define project scope, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, engineers, and business leaders, to facilitate communication and ensure project alignment with client goals.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding and adoption of new technologies and systems across the company for a #bettertogether .
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architecture, system designs, and user guides. Prepare regular progress reports and project summaries for stakeholders.

What you are good at:

• Proven experience as a (inhouse) consultant, project manager, or similar role involving business and technical advice, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and demos.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate technologies, e.g., middleware solutions, SAP technologies, or customer care solutions.
• Up-to-date understanding of digital architectures and emerging technologies.
• Experience in agile or waterfall-based delivery models.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset in an international environment.
• Willingness to undertake international business travel.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
