The Team – your impact
As a Digital Technology Rollout Manager (f/m/d) you will be working in mission-critical areas and support E.ON\’s digital transformation programs to empower us on our way towards a digital-first energy company.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
Facilitating stakeholder communication and decision-making, ensuring transparent reporting across all stakeholders and moderating discussions between central and local teams
Leading and delivering alternating strategic rollout projects across the E.ON group taking end-to-end responsibility for the rollout phase from conception to deployment
Coordinating the rollout and advise clients on all rollout-related topics from requirements specification to data harmonization, migration, testing, cutover and training & change
Engaging in the development of our Rollout Service offering at Expert Services supporting in build a knowledge repository, support in recruiting activities and opportunity origination
Build trusted relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs and tailor our offers to meet their current challen
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
Completed academic degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Ideally extensive experience as rollout lead or rollout manager (f/m/d) working in large IT projects (> 1m €) with functional leadership responsibility
Profound consulting skills from problem-solving, effective communication and customer orientation to deep organization and planning skills
Technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Microsoft Office
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Atlassian Stack (JIRA, Confluence)
Business fluency in German and English is absolutely mandatory
Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business
