• You will collaborate with national and international DSOs, business initiatives, and Digital Technology to drive IT service excellence, maximizing the value of digital transformation and accelerating the business transformation of Energy Networks.
• You lead the definition, development, and implementation of IT service excellence, supporting ongoing and future business transformations, as well as the continuous development of digital business platforms (Rocks).
• As a leader of the Expert Team within the Energy Networks Digital & IT Leadership Team, you will prepare and moderate meetings with the PMO expert and actively contribute strategic ideas and proposals in collaboration with other team members.
• You will manage cross-functional teams and support strategic projects.
• In collaboration with the Digital & IT Leadership Team, you will make decisions regarding standardization and optimization.
• You will represent Energy Networks as a subject matter expert in internal and external meetings, presentations, and discussions on Digital & IT.

A background that convinces us

• A university degree in IT Service Excellence or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, with expertise in IT Operations, User Experience Design, IT infrastructure, Application Management, agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe), cloud technologies, and ITIL.
• Strong problem-solving, research, and project management skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business strategies and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Ideally, knowledge of the European energy industry, and a passion for leveraging digital technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and transformation.
• Business fluency in both German and English to engage effectively within the E.ON Group and with Distribution Systems Operations.
