We are hiring for a (Senior) Product Manager eMobility (f/m/d) to work in our Products team.
Tasks
- Define & develop products from “problem” to “solution” while turning great ideas into even greater solutions, ensuring design and user experience
- Work independently as a team member on identified work packages and tasks in an agile collaboration (Scrum) and take on the role of Product Owner
- Contribute to sprint planning, prepare it for your topics and present your work results and progress in reviews
- Work closely with sales, operations, design, marketing and engineering to create cohesive and user-centric features that add value to our customers
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Continuously improve existing features and models to enhance customer experience
- Stay on-top with emerging technologies and industry trends in different European countries and translate this into a convincing product set-up for our customers
- Define and analyze metrics and KPIs that inform the success of product development and enable profitable growth
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a product manager or as a product owner in the fields of eMobility, SaaS or energy in an agile environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates your role working with complex products
- An independent, analytical and pragmatic way of working, without losing sight of the big picture, and an ability to empathise with customers\‘ problems and aspirations
- Understand the importance of collaboration, and you love to involve users and your team to test and come up with good, validated solutions
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and interest in bringing an innovative solution to a success story
- Expertise in defining users stories for development and facilitating product workshops
- Experience in eMobility operations is a plus
- Excellent German and English skills
