The Team – your impact

As a Sr. Digital Technology PM/PMO Manager you will lead workstreams within the Digital Technology projects, aiming to drive digitization cross-regionally and cross-functionally and turning E.ON into a digital-first energy company.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• You will be working on large and complex solution programs end-to-end; from definition and setup through delivery to successful go-live and operation.
• You prepare senior stakeholder communication, decision papers and Steering Committees, driving the direction for our programs via these decision makers.
• You engage with senior stakeholders of C-level to ensure buy-in and support for the project.
• You are in a shaping role of the project governance, for managing dependencies, risks and escalations and the program\’s budget to ensure successful delivery.
• You take over a leading role in building our Expert Services practice in Germany and our regional organizations engaging in people and business development, capability building, and recruiting.

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• You have a university degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• You have several years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm working in digital technology or have gained substantial experience in the industry.
• You have technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Business Transformation, Change Management, Digital Service & Platform Development, Rollout & Industrialization.
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills paired with deep organization and planning skills.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business.
• You have fluent English and German language skills in spoken and written.
