Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Conduct UX maturity assessments with the different product teams and support the teams in the improvement process.
- Monitor and push the progress of action plans from product and service owners and report the overarching status to national and international stakeholders, including senior management.
- Analyze user and system requirements, conduct usability testing, design user interfaces and interaction designs.
- Develop project plans and schedules for activities improving the user experience.
- Analyze technical, incident and feedback data from different tools (Service Now, Nexthink, Qualtrics) and carve out main polluters as well as other significant findings.
- Translate numbers, data and facts into content-related improvement potential and derive meaningful actions with the collaboration of service and product owners.
- International stakeholder management with the clear target to improve user centricity.
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
- Several years of professional working experience in relevant positions.
- Mid-level understanding of modern digital technology.
- Experience in working in international, cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in German and English.
- High willingness to travel regularly in Europe.
