Responsibilities

1. Enhance capabilities for steering, optimizing, and monetizing our portfolio of large-scale batteries and other flexible assets in the German, UK, and NL markets.
2. Stay updated on power portfolio needs and the commercial and technical aspects of energy markets and balancing products across different countries.
3. Collaborate with Short Term Trading teams across Europe to develop access to new products in Commodity, TSO, and DSO markets and improve asset optimization and trading capabilities.
4. Support the design of customer propositions for e-mobility, PV, or battery customers (B2B and B2C) and work on international projects to implement innovative products.
5. Translate business requirements into user stories and serve as the primary contact for the software development team to understand platform needs.

Qualifications

1. University degree in energy economics, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.
2. Experience in flexibility trading, product development, and VPP systems development.
3. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and interest in energy markets.
4. Willingness to take responsibility and deliver high-quality solutions.
5. Enjoy working in diverse teams across Europe.
6. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
