Responsibilities
- Enhance capabilities for steering, optimizing, and monetizing our portfolio of large-scale batteries and other flexible assets in the German, UK, and NL markets.
- Stay updated on power portfolio needs and the commercial and technical aspects of energy markets and balancing products across different countries.
- Collaborate with Short Term Trading teams across Europe to develop access to new products in Commodity, TSO, and DSO markets and improve asset optimization and trading capabilities.
- Support the design of customer propositions for e-mobility, PV, or battery customers (B2B and B2C) and work on international projects to implement innovative products.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and serve as the primary contact for the software development team to understand platform needs.
Qualifications
- University degree in energy economics, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in flexibility trading, product development, and VPP systems development.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and interest in energy markets.
- Willingness to take responsibility and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Enjoy working in diverse teams across Europe.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
