Verantwortlichkeiten

• IT‑Betrieb im Metering‑Umfeld: Operate IT solutions for energy meters, device installation/repairs, storage & logistics, and service orders – covering more than 15 million meter points.
• Cloud‑Infrastruktur & Datenbanken: Manage the Azure server environment, including Oracle‑databases, perform regular patching, and utilize company‑wide automation and monitoring tools.
• Störungsmanagement & Prozessoptimierung: Analyse and resolve operational incidents independently or with vendors, continuously improving processes for efficiency, availability, and cyber security.
• Innovation & Strategie: Contribute new ideas, work autonomously, and actively support the company’s “Cloud First” strategy.
• Vernetzung & Zusammenarbeit: Collaborate cross‑functionally, involve relevant stakeholders, and actively integrate them into your work.

Qualifikationen

• IT‑Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Completed vocational training in informatics and several years’ experience operating IT systems.
• Technisches Know‑how: Familiar with server applications such as Apache HTTPD and Tomcat, and experience with tools like New Relic, RunMyJob, and GIT.
• Cloud & DevOps: Knowledge of modern cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, containerization) and first‑hand experience implementing them in Azure.
• Teamgeist & Eigenverantwortung: Thrive in team environments while taking autonomous ownership of topics and goals.
• Flexibilität & Sprachsicherheit: Shift work from 7–18 h, weekend duties, and on‑call availability; fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
