SAM Sensory and Consumer Research is looking for a Project Officer and Sensory Panel Leader to be included in Munich team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Active participation to the development of SAM Germany by collaborating with the other research teams across SAM countries.
  • Development and execution of the partnership relation with the client.
  • Management of the planification for this specific panel both macro (business and research project) and micro (expert panel session definition, set-up of test design).
  • Moderation of expert panel sessions for training and evaluation purposes.
  • Responsible of panel performance: program questionnaire, analysis, recommendations, and action plan execution.
  • Raw data preparation for data delivery to the client.
  • Analysis, report creation and recommendations.
  • Results presentation to the client.
  • Coordination and execution of recruitment and selection of new panelist if needed
  • Development of the Sensory Team in collaboration with the other members via transversal projects (improvement of panel recruitment process, data analysis, panel performance analysis, etc.)

Your profile:

  • Fast to learn
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Sensory
  • First-hand experience in Expert Panel Moderation
  • Strong knowledge of sensory approach and statistics applied to Sensory
  • Confident communicator in German, both spoken and written. Excellent English is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Knowledge in Survey Software (such as RedJade) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Open-minded, Easy to connect and Creative mindset
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and meet timelines
