Software Product Manager m/w/d

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Product Manager (m/w/d) to take ownership of our on- and off-instrument software solutions for our cutting-edge power electronics for research, development, and industrial applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from defining features on the instrument to lab-scale software platform integration—with a strong focus on solution selling.

As part of our Product Management team, you will report to the Head of Product Management and work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to shape our software-driven solutions. If you are passionate about bridging hardware and software to create high-value customer solutions, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for on- and off-instrument software and testing solutions
• Define customer-centric features, from instrument firmware to large-scale lab integration
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful development, launch, and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to position our solutions in the market and drive adoption
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, translating it into product improvements
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and market impact

Your Profile

• Experience in Product Management, preferably in test and measurement domain, industrial software, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of software solutions for instrumentation, from on-device features to cloud/lab-scale platforms.
• Background in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits and value-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience in solution selling.
• Business fluent in German and English
