Role: Group Controller with focus IT systems (f/w/d)

Responsibilities

1. Manage global controlling systems: Oversee international reporting platforms (Oracle HFM, SAP BI) ensuring stable processes for actuals, planning, and forecasting.
2. Translate reporting needs into system solutions: Understand requirements from management, shareholders, and users to implement sustainable technical solutions.
3. Drive system improvements: Contribute ideas, analyze processes, and push forward technical development of controlling systems.
4. Set-up interfaces: Design and maintain data interfaces between source systems like SAP S/4HANA or Workday and reporting tools.
5. Optimize data flows: Monitor reporting data flows and ensure data integrity.
6. Collaborate across functions: Work closely with Controlling, Accounting, IT, and global finance teams to implement requirements efficiently.
7. Enable self-service reporting: Improve self-service platforms and develop training for international finance users.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in business informatics, business administration with focus on controlling & accounting, or similar qualification.
• Experience: In (group) controlling, preferably in an international setting.
• Technical skills: IT affinity, strong Excel skills; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle HFM, or SAP BI is a plus.
• Working style: Structured, solution-oriented, reliable, with understanding of data flows.
• Soft skills: Initiative, team spirit, strong communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
