EarthStream Global is seeking a meticulous and experienced Site Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and control on an upcoming Transmission & Distribution (T&D) / HVDC project in Germany. Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management Plan Implementation : Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific quality management systems and procedures in alignment with project goals and regulatory standards.
• Inspection and Audits : Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of site works, materials, and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Non-Conformance Management : Identify, document, and resolve non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement.
• Coordination with Stakeholders : Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet required quality benchmarks.
• Reporting : Prepare detailed quality reports and provide regular updates to project management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on quality management.
• Proven experience in quality control for T&D/HVDC projects or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
