The Deputy Restaurant Director is responsible for achieving the goals and targets set by the Director while maximizing revenue and maintaining the reputation of the restaurant. Overseeing and directing the team, setting a good example, and acting with the intention of meeting the objectives of the business.
This role emphasizes training and development of all team members by identifying areas for growth and promoting a culture that values learning. Acting as a leader within the department, the Deputy Restaurant Director maintains the highest levels of guest satisfaction by creating memorable moments for guests.
It is important that the Deputy Restaurant Director remains focused, positive, and genuine. They must be available to support the department and demonstrate entrepreneurial ownership of the restaurant through creativity and collaboration with other hotel outlets.
About You
- Previous experience leading a high-performing team of 25+ colleagues required
- Luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Good level of written and spoken English
