Position Summary

Harness is looking for sales champions and leaders who are passionate about building the next great software company and exceeding their sales targets.

About the Role

  • Exceed your sales targets by winning new enterprise logos
  • Forecast accurately, communicate clearly, and align effectively with team members
  • Be data-driven, utilizing Salesforce and other tools to track progress
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and sales development teams

About You

  • Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals
  • Account planning and execution skills
  • Ability to sell to C-Level executives and across IT and business units
  • Consistent overachievement of quota with a strong W2 track record
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate ROI
  • High productivity, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure
  • Bachelor\’s Degree or equivalent

This is a remote role based in Germany.
