Role Description

You will support our sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and customer support, while maintaining and developing existing customer relationships. You will also handle customer surveys and documentation, prepare sales materials and product documents, support administrative tasks and tenders, and research relevant market information. In addition, you will work with German and English documents and maintain customer and master data in our myfactory ERP system.

Qualifications

• Relevant vocational training or a degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous B2B experience in a technical or industrial environment, ideally in energy or utilities, is an advantage.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications as well as knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly manner on the phone.
• Structured, reliable, and team-oriented way of working.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
