Part of the Aerospace Group Fluid and Electrical Distribution Division, our Gilching site plays a crucial role in delivering customer-centric innovation and solutions for commercial and military aerospace manufacturers worldwide.What you’ll do:This Plant Manager position is responsible for the overall leadership, management and P&L of the aerospace manufacturing plant in Gilching and will be also part as Managing Director of the leadership board of Eaton Germany GmbH. Overall responsibility for leading plant teams in achieving production schedule, product quality, product cost and employee safety goals. Provides leadership to all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements. Drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. Leverages resources and motivates personnel to create high performance culture.
