Tiivistelmä työpaikkailmoituksesta

  • The Continuous Improvement Leader will drive simplification, standardisation and automation across Commercial Finance Operations, focusing on close, forecasting, revenue recognition and project finance processes.
  • The role will design cadence‑safe processes that eliminate manual workarounds and improve hand‑offs across BP, Deal Desk and COE while not owning day‑to‑day operational execution.
  • The leader will translate process improvements into system‑enabled, scalable solutions with Finance Systems and IT to reduce spreadsheets, manual reconciliations and ad‑hoc fixes.
  • Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 7–10+ years in finance operations or FP&A, proven Lean/Six Sigma experience improving multi‑country financial processes, and knowledge of finance systems (e. g.

SAP) to enable automation.

What you’ll do

  • Drive continuous improvement across CFOps core processes: lead lean‑based improvement initiatives across close, forecasting, Rev Rec, and project finance; identify root causes of inefficiency; ensure practical, adopted, measurable improvements; result in simpler, faster, more reliable CFOps execution.
  • Protect cadence through process design: design processes that withstand peak‑period pressure without heroics; eliminate manual workarounds that threaten close and forecast integrity; maintain control, auditability, and timing.
  • Partner across commercial finance pillars on process enablement: support BP, Deal Desk, and COE pillars where process changes improve hand‑offs and execution quality; clarify interfaces, inputs and outputs to reduce friction; do not assume ownership of pillar‑specific execution or decision support.
  • Drive automation and system enablement: work with Finance Systems and IT to translate process improvements into system‑enabled solutions; reduce reliance on spreadsheets, manual reconciliations and ad‑hoc fixes; ensure solutions scale across countries and ledgers.
  • Build continuous improvement capability: establish lean ways of working, tools and mindset within CFOps and broader commercial finance community; coach teams on problem‑solving and process thinking; create a repeatable improvement pipeline rather than one‑off projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or FP&A environments, with hands‑on delivery of process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven background applying Lean / Continuous Improvement methods to financial processes (close, forecasting, accounting, or adjacent operational flows) in complex, multi‑country organisations.
  • Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies applied to finance processes.
  • Hands‑on experience improving financial close, forecasting, or accounting‑adjacent processes.
  • Understanding of finance systems and data flows (e. g. SAP‑based environments) sufficient to enable automation.
  • Ability to translate process improvements into system and control‑compliant solutions.
  • Strong execution focus and pragmatism — delivers change, not frameworks.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority in matrix environments.
  • Structured, data‑driven problem‑solving mindset.
  • Persistence and resilience when addressing long‑standing inefficiencies.
