Eaton is looking for a Material Handling & Inventory Accuracy Team Lead for our plant in Schrems electrical sector – enclosures/power distribution components.
What You’ll Do
Accountable for results in inventory accuracy (support DOH), freight and support in delivery performance (NSOTP, OTTR, OTD)
Ensuring successful material delivery from warehouse to production floor as per aligned supply plan and master production schedule
Administering the MRO purchasing function according to SCM standards
Ensuring proper MRP and ERP discipline
Collaboration with associated SCM functions in Central Supply Chain
Drive alignment with key operational stakeholders: Plant and Operations Management, along with all other relevant functions
Leverage Eaton CI practices to drive improvement in local SCM function/processes
Lead warehouse and logistics optimization projects in collaboration with GPO and various internal entities (BOC)
Management of local SCM material handling personnel and driving SCM activities
Ensuring compliance with corporate, divisional, and local practices and procedures
Create standard practices across the plants and clear development plans for the teams and develop learning organization
Audit Readiness
Lead annual inventory counts (W2W) and regular cycle count process
Supporting the OPS and SCM related audits within the span of control and driving OpA maturity
Change Management
Establishing a culture of compliance and adoption of new processes in a changing environment
Enable transition of processes with proper documentation and leverage ADKAR methodology to drive the change
Fostering the usage of KINAXIS
Support in key strategic projects deployment at plant in collaboration with the Network and Program teams
Qualifications
Technical Education, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
