What You’ll Do
- Program duration: Three years
- Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in operations area meaning it is a role in manufacturing or in supply chain organization, and one assignment is in a commercial area which will help you to gain experience in sales organization.
- Operations functions: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
- Commercial functions: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
- The program begins in September 2025, with the initial location in Holzhausen, Germany, where you will work as a member of the Project Management team. You will take on projects that are driven and processed independently, based at our Campus locations in Holzhausen, Dausenau, and Neuwied/Gladbach in Germany.
Qualifications
- Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, industrial engineering), or Business (economics, business administration, supply chain management, international management etc.) or related by August 2025. A master\’s degree in these fields is also preferred.
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
- Driving license
