Your Responsibilities:
- Identifyhigh-value AI, automation, and data opportunities and turn them into impactfulbusiness solutions for the domains of CustomerRelationship Management, Product Management, Solution Development, Supply ChainManagement, Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Human Resources (Pleasestate your area of specialism in your application.)
- Design,prototype, and implement practical AI-powered solutions, including AI agents,automations, analytics, and dashboards
- LeadData & AI initiatives from ideation to deployment, ensuring measurablebusiness outcomes
- Championthe adoption and scaling of Data & AI solutions within the business domain
- Partnerwith business leaders, domain experts, and central Data & AI teams to driveinnovation, governance, and strategic execution
Your Qualifications:
- Adegree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Engineering,Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Severalyears of experience in AI, data analytics, digital transformation, or processoptimization
- Hands-onexperience in developing AI, automation, and data solutions, as well asmanaging projects from concept to implementation
- Strongunderstanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needsinto practical solutions
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
- Knowledgeof Data Governance, Responsible AI, and modern data platforms
- Fluentin English; German language skills are an advantage
- Experienceworking in international and cross-functional teams
