Insurance Client Manager Morges - 50%
Start date: As soon as possible
Within a team, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated client portfolio. You will monitor the changes of residence of our inhabitants in the Morges region and handle their household and building insurance policies. Very comfortable with the use of IT tools, these skills will be essential for updating our clients' changes in our IT database.
Your profile?
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Commercial Employee or an equivalent qualification and have several years of experience in the administrative field or insurance sector. Holding the AFA certificate is a valued asset. Comfortable with IT tools, you master their daily use perfectly and are at ease working on a computer.
Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus, allowing you to work comfortably in a diverse professional environment.
With a strong sense of responsibility, you are client-oriented and place great importance on the quality of service provided. You appreciate teamwork, actively contribute to harmonious collaboration, and demonstrate reliability and rigour in carrying out your tasks.
You wish to develop in a stimulating environment where professionalism and team spirit are key.
Working hours are 8 hours 15 minutes per day for a full-time position, to be completed flexibly between 6:00 and 20:00. On-call duties are to be covered within the agency, rotating with your colleagues, to ensure optimal customer service (8:00 - 12:15 - 13:30 - 17:00).
The 50% position is to be spread out, preferably with presence every day from Monday to Friday.
