Senior System Engineer (m/f/d) - Making IT work seamlessly

Your role Reports to Head of IT Infrastructure, close to where decisions happen Owns M365, keeps it flowing, stable, and quietly powerful Orchestrates Windows, Linux not just theory (degree is a plus, not a must) 5+ years in system engineering, working hands‑on in professional environments Confident across Windows, Active Directory / Azure, Microsoft 365, Linux, and Mac Experienced in M365 backup strategies and local backup solutions Strong networking know‑how (switching, VLANs, firewalls, segmentation, NAC) Proven in implementing and maintaining IT security concepts Work independently when needed but know how to collaborate effectively Structure your work, prioritize well, and take ownership of your tasks Bring a professional mindset: reliable, solution‑oriented, and used to getting things done Communicate clearly in English; German is a plus.
