h3Mortgage Operations Analyst (German Speaking) /h3 pLocation: Zurich Switzerland /p pType: Full-time /p h3Job Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Operations Analyst to join our Credit Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mortgage loans through to closing. This role requires excellent organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of mortgage processing procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview and process mortgage loan applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. /li liCoordinate and communicate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, appraisers, and borrowers to collect required documentation. /li liVerify borrower information including income, assets, employment, and credit. /li liMaintain loan processing pipeline and track progress to ensure on-time closings. /li liPerform quality control checks to ensure loan files meet all investor and compliance guidelines. /li liIdentify and resolve processing issues or delays proactively. /li liInput and update data in loan origination systems and other platforms as needed. /li liEnsure compliance with FINMA and other relevant mortgage regulations. /li liProvide regular status updates to borrowers and stakeholders. /li liSupport audit requests and post-closing reviews. /li /ul h3Eligibility Requirements /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. /li li1+ years of mortgage processing or related mortgage operations experience, here in Switzerland /li liGood knowledge of Swiss mortgage products (fixed, SARON, etc) processing procedures, and regulatory guidelines. /li liExperience in credit processing systems (e.g. Avaloq, Finnova). /li liStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. /li liFamiliarity with compliance standards (e.g. FINMA) /li liNotary designation is a plus. /li liLanguages ul liFluent, German (spoken and written) /li liEnglish and/or French an advantage /li /ul /li /ul h3About eClerx /h3 peClerxis a leading provider of productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.br/The firm provides business process management, automation, and analytics services to a number of Fortune 2000 enterprises, including some of the world’s leading financial services, communications, retail, fashion, media entertainment, manufacturing, travel leisure, and technology companies.
