- Turn data into business value: Develop larger customer business cases and translate analytical findings into clear, client-specific insights that support sales, renewals and expansion.
- Make results transparent and reliable: Build well-structured Excel analyses that make every key result traceable to its source data, calculations, assumptions and limitations.
- Make analytics scalable: Develop reusable methodologies, templates and quality checks so recurring reports become more efficient and Sales can independently handle standard business cases.

What makes you a great fit

- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SQL: You confidently use Excel for data preparation, calculations, and structured analyses, and can work with SQL to query data. For larger datasets or more complex analyses, you can turn to Python, R, or other analytical tools.
- Sound quantitative judgement: You can work with imperfect data, choose meaningful comparisons, identify implausible results and make defensible estimates without overstating conclusions.
- Practical AI experience: You've used AI tools to analyse numerical data, identify patterns or improve analytical workflows, and know how to independently verify the results.
- Clear communication: You can turn complex findings into concise, commercially relevant insights and explain your calculations and assumptions to non-analytical audiences.
- Ownership and collaboration: You work independently, organise your priorities and enjoy collaborating across teams. You're fluent in professional English; German is not required.
