Operating with a core workforce of approximately 50 professionals, the company oversees high-impact local developments from inception to completion. Core Accountabilities & Duties

  • Strategic Project Governance: Direct the design, scheduling, and overall execution of essential traffic infrastructure assets for a landmark urban roadway redevelopment.
  • Urban Flow Optimization: Formulate and execute practical measures designed to keep citywide transit running efficiently, applying an integrated three-zone traffic framework.
  • Client-Side Supervision: Represent the project owner during operational phases by organizing, monitoring, and inspecting construction activities directly at the ground level.
  • Financial & Contractual Auditing: Review and reconcile specialized engineering billing (under HOAI guidelines) while overseeing the formal allocation and tracking of government subsidies.
  • Regulatory Clearances: Coordinate with relevant authorities to secure all required legal authorizations, environmental permits, and administrative approvals.
  • Progress Tracking & Communication: Formulate clear project timelines, establish critical delivery milestones, monitor cost targets, and report status updates to strategic decision-makers.

Qualifications & Professional Profile

  • Academic Background: Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diplom) in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or an equivalent technical field with a concentration in roadway design and traffic management.
  • Industry Background: A minimum of 5 years of proven professional engagement in both the design and site implementation phases of transportation infrastructure schemes.
  • Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of pertinent engineering codes, technical guidelines, and structured project delivery frameworks, paired with a solid grasp of traffic control dynamics.
  • Advantageous Knowledge: Prior exposure to, or a keen interest in, environmentally responsive traffic management concepts (UVM).
  • Linguistic Skills: Business-fluent to native-level command of spoken and written German (at least C1 certification).
  • Interpersonal Attributes: Outstanding dialogue and bargaining capabilities, a strong sense of personal accountability, an analytical problem-solving approach, and an adaptable team orientation.
