We’re now looking for an associate-middle level Content and Social Media Manager . This position is a full-time , independent contributor role , home office, with 30% travel frequency .

Your challenges:

1. Set and implement EcoFlow content and social media campaigns to align with company marketing strategies.
2. Design and implement EcoFlow content and social media operation strategy to align with business goals.
3. Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
4. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content related to EcoFlow on social platforms daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
5. Collaborate with EcoFlow functional teams, like marketing, PR, sales, and after-sales service to ensure brand consistency.
6. Communicate with EcoFlow followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
7. Suggest and implement new features to develop EcoFlow brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Your profile includes:

1. Min 3 years and above proven work experience in content and social media roles.
2. Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Marketing and Communication are preferred.
3. Possess excellent communication skills in both German and English, able to maintain effective communication with both EcoFlow teams and end users;
4. Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
5. Proficient in using tools such as MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.;
6. Self-driven, passionate, patient.
7. Work well under only general supervision;
8. Fluency in additional European languages considered a plus.
