Fluency in English
Experience with hiring tech roles in a growing B2B SaaS company
Experience with international hiring with focus on Europe
A proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions that improve hiring outcomes
Strong task ownership
Basic understanding of software engineering concepts and terminology
Interest in new hiring tools and continuous improvement of our processes
Track record as an in-house talent acquisition partner
And nice to have…
