Your Responsibilities
Define and execute Geistlich's global distribution strategy across direct and indirect sales channels.
Develop commercial frameworks, identify new business opportunities and strengthen our international distribution network.
Partner with Global Marketing and Sales Operations to continuously optimize our distribution model.
Lead strategic negotiations with international distributors and DSO partners.
Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and drive sustainable sales growth across global markets.
Support affiliates in expanding and developing their national distribution business.
Ensure alignment of pricing, commercial policies and contractual frameworks across markets.
Lead the Global Distribution community and foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across regions.
Monitor business performance, provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and represent Distribution at international meetings and company events.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of international leadership experience in distribution, sales or business development.
Degree in Business, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven success in driving commercial growth within a global matrix organization.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with commercial contracts, tenders and pricing strategies.
Strategic mindset combined with analytical and data‑driven decision‑making.
Established network with senior decision‑makers in the healthcare or medical device industry.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50%).
Experience in dentistry, biomaterials or medical devices is a plus.
