Overview
As Team Leader Marketing Content Factory, you drive the Edenred Mobility rebranding across EMEA and oversee the content engine that fuels our sales and brand storytelling. You lead a multidisciplinary team to craft compelling formats, governance, and processes for scalable content production. You partner with Group teams, Sales Excellence, and Growth to connect messaging with paid media, SEO, and events. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping how we communicate the Edenred Mobility story across Europe.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the Edenred Mobility rebranding content and communications workstream across EMEA, coordinating with Paris-based groups
- Build and govern organic social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok with defined strategies and calendars
- Develop commercial content with Sales Excellence to support revenue, including case studies, whitepapers, and lead magnets
- Establish scalable content processes for requests, prioritisation, production, approval and performance measurement
- Drive visual storytelling and create formats like infographics and short-form videos
- Select and manage agencies/freelancers and grow the Marketing Content team, improving quality, speed and AI-assisted production
- Own media relations, press releases, executive thought leadership and select events, aligning with paid media and SEO/SEA
- Collaborate with Growth & Demand to link content with paid media initiatives and search optimisations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree or comparable qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or Business Administration
- Several years of leadership experience in marketing content, brand or communications (B2B preferred)
- Hands-on rebranding or brand-architecture project experience in a complex multinational environment
- Proven track record growing organic social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) with measurable results
- Strong editorial judgement and copywriting; PR, media relations and commercial content experience
- Experience selecting/managing agencies and freelancers, incl. pitches, briefs, quality control and budgeting
- Conversant with AI tools for content production (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and with automation/AI-powered image & video tools
- Excellent English and German; other languages advantageous
