Your mission
- Create digital products and services from first concept to final delivery
- Contribute to our projects with a very strong understanding of visual design quality, may it be typography, color, imagery or composition of contrast and rhythm
- Strong understanding of UI/UX patterns and principles – and the ability to apply them in your daily work
- Experience in creating design systems ranging from lean to complex solutions, ideally using Figma and it’s respective features such as Autolayout, Component/Variants and Variables/Tokens
- Experience in creating interactive prototypes from low res wireframe-click dummies to visually striking microinteractions
- A basic understanding of user research, user testing and user centric design approaches
- Support the strategic parts of our projects together with our design strategists
- Prepare remote and on-side workshops and willing to facilitate them together with our Design Directors
- While branding is not a must, experience in creating the (digital) visual representation of a brand is a big plus
Your profile
- You have a minimum of 4 years experience in the digital creative world
- Exceptional proficiency in Figma is a must
- You have worked in a dynamic and agile environment and are comfortable in a leading / creating role in the first line as well in the background
- Your communication skills are excellent and you apply them in English & German and with body language
- Thanks to your communication skills you contribute to our trust- and respectful feedback mentality
- You are ready to motivate teams for complex tasks
- You bring a hands-on mentality and a positive, business-oriented mindset; a personal dedication to make the best out of your projects
- You feel confident moderating design sprints and workshops
