Senior Sales Manager / Business Development (all genders)

Job Description

• Lead the identification, approach, and conversion of leads, both cold and inbound, to establish mutually beneficial business relationships.
• Combine strategic thinking, including lead nurturing, with hands-on actions such as Cold Calls to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with our teams and management to craft compelling proposals and pitch decks.
• Maintain and enhance our sales toolbox and related marketing materials.
• Actively network at industry events, representing Edenspiekermann as a key ambassador for the company.

Your profile

• Excel in presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to win over clients.
• Possess approximately 4-6 years of business development and lead generation experience, ideally within startups, consulting, venture, or design businesses.
• A proven track record in sales.
• A keen understanding of strategy and design, emphasizing the importance of an excellent user experience.
• The ability and enthusiasm for creating outstanding proposals and pitch decks rooted in customer insights and value.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
