You will be part of the high energy Commercial Team and you will focus on new business in Germany and bring projects within the portfolio to the next level. In addition, you will contribute to our growth in new business opportunities in Germany by acquiring new sites/assets, disposition of our projects, capital raising and setting up new partnerships. As Senior Commercial Manager, you are an important player within EDGE and responsible for further growth and professionalization of the organization.

Responsibilities you have
- Head up the leasing activities of multiple projects and assets.
- Create market opportunities, analyze them, set up predictable business plans and work accordingly.
- Lead negotiations regarding sales, leasing and acquisitions.
- Have an active role within the development and design process of a project.
- Maintain contact with clients and other stakeholders, such as investors, governmental bodies, brokers, lawyers, architects and other consultants.
- Generate new business and push further growth and professionalization of the organization.
- Work closely with both internal and external partners and provide reporting and business planning.
Your skills/ personality
- Master\’s degree in a field relevant to this job description.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a related role.
- Commercial drive and strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the real estate market.
- Self-reliant, good problem solver, innovator, results oriented, enthusiastic personality and high level of energy.
- Able to cope with time pressure and dynamic surroundings.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, networking and presentation skills (German and English).
- Strong social skills and natural drive to grow (y)our network.
- Analytical and precise in execution.
- Ability to motivate and lead (project) teams.
