- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, providing clear guidance throughout their pay equity work.
- Monitor developments in equal pay and pay transparency legislation, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant national legislation, and assess their implications for clients and our product.
- Contribute pay equity expertise, client feedback, and market insights to the development of our methodology, tools, resources, and product experience.
- Strengthen the Customer Experience team’s expertise through knowledge sharing, training, and support on complex client questions.
- Alongside your pay equity responsibilities, manage a portfolio of clients using EDGE’s broader solutions to advance gender balance, fairness, and inclusion, supporting effective use of our solutions and long-term client relationships.
YOU BRING
- At least four years of professional experience in pay equity, compensation and benefits, total rewards, people analytics, or a closely related field, including hands‑on experience conducting, supporting, or advising on pay equity analyses.
- A strong practical understanding of pay equity methodologies and compensation analytics, including the ability to interpret regression-based analyses, assess their assumptions and limitations, and distinguish between adjusted and unadjusted pay gaps.
- Strong knowledge of equal pay and pay transparency requirements, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and the ability to assess their practical implications for clients and product development.
- A proven ability to assess workforce data quality, critically evaluate analytical results, and explain complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience working directly with clients and senior decision-makers.
- A client‑focused approach, analytical thinking, and sound business judgment, with the ability to turn client needs and analytical findings into practical recommendations.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively across teams in an international environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
