Agile Project Lead

As an Agile Project Lead, you will…

• be responsible for conception, organization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects within the agile software development environment
• be the direct contact person for the customer at decision-maker level
• lead our distributed cross-functional development teams on different projects
• ask the right questions to the right people, offer alternatives in case of professional or technical obstacles and proactively demand clear decisions
• make sure that every implemented feature brings value to the customer and is delivered on time and on budget

You will enjoy this job if you…

• have relevant experience in leading IT transformation projects in an agile environment with distributed cross‑functional teams
• think analytically, question circumstances and understand the need of your stakeholders
• act proactively and show a high degree of self‑initiative
• are interested and up‑to‑date regarding technical innovations
• have very good moderation and presentation skills
• ideally have knowledge of hands‑on software development – knowledge of IT software architecture and IT infrastructure is an advantage
• are fluent in English and German
