• Independently managing a national and international client base
• Recording, processing, and reliable fulfillment of customer orders
• Coordinating and monitoring delivery dates with customers and internal departments
• Creating, Editing, and Tracking Quotes
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and developing customer-focused solutions
• Maintenance and management of customer, order, and master data in the ERP system
• Close collaboration with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics
• Participating in customer visits and trade shows, as well as optimizing sales and service processes

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed business training, e.g., as an industrial business clerk, a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Work experience in inside sales, customer service, client support, or order processing
• Experience in preparing and editing quotes, as well as in order processing and handling customer complaints
• Enjoyment of working directly with national and international clients
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent, and reliable work style
• Excellent command of German and good written and spoken English
