• Creating and editing invoices and credit memos
• Preparation and Processing of Domestic and International Shipments of Goods
• Preparation and review of shipping and export documents
• Organization and coordination of on-time deliveries
• Communication with freight forwarders, package delivery services, and internal departments
• Processing Shipping and Customer Inquiries
• Maintenance of master data and general administrative tasks

WHAT YOU BRING

• Successfully completed business apprenticeship, e.g., as an industrial clerk, office management clerk, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, work experience in the areas of billing, shipping, or order processing
• Proficiency in using common MS Office applications; knowledge of the abas ERP system is a plus
• A meticulous, structured, and independent approach to work
• Organizational skills and a high degree of reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team and enjoyment of collaborating with various departments
• Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
