Job Description:

Position Overview:

As an Event Planner with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a variety of events to meet our clients\‘ objectives and expectations. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of event logistics, from initial planning stages to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements, and develop comprehensive event plans that align with their vision.
2. Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
3. Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Source and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of events while adhering to budget constraints.
4. Client Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the event planning process to provide updates, address concerns, and obtain feedback.
5. Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts to ensure events are delivered within budgetary constraints.
