Overview

Play a critical role in Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) clinical study execution, including leading the internal specialist training program and maintaining an audit-ready environment by ensuring compliance with physician and training procedures. Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance.

What you will do

  • Lead and drive the TMTT training program through curriculum execution, standardization, content development, SME resource management, and documentation to ensure study compliance related to physician and clinical specialist training, in accordance with regulations and corporate processes.
  • Maintain regular contact with and collaboration among partner TMTT clinical teams, cross-BU partners, consultants, customers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop content related to specialist training topics for best-in-class practices in required non-procedural knowledge.
  • Train and evaluate the quality of team members in the execution of specialist and physician training processes and documentation related to physician and clinical specialist training.
  • Maintain an audit-ready environment for all aspects of regulatory and non-regulatory audits as it relates to training (e.g., conducting training, identifying SMEs, ensuring the collection of required documentation).
  • Lead assessment of teams’ compliance with GSOPs, work instructions, protocols, LMS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead audit preparation efforts for TMTT including team education, process development, timeline management, communication and implementation.
  • Identify, acquire, develop and maintain programs used for electronic documentation records and processes (e.g., Trifecta, Veeva Vault, Litmos) for internal and external training.
  • Strategically develop and lead the delivery of training programs for TMTT training on best practices, regulatory requirements, and policy/procedure updates.
  • Review and contribute to the development of policies, physician training documentation, clinical specialist training, and other documents to be audit-ready.
  • Manage, leverage, and communicate detailed metrics reporting including training compliance and employee training dashboards to drive compliance.
  • Assess and resolve audit findings and protocol deviations while developing priorities and strategies to drive compliance.
  • Lead the development, continuous improvement, and streamlining of processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Lead resources tasked with training logistics.

Core imaging leadership / expertise

  • Drive the design and execution of PASCAL imaging training programmes for internal Field Clinical Specialists (FCS) and external healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Lead the development and deployment of imaging-focused education programmes for TMTT therapies, with emphasis on PASCAL mitral and tricuspid interventions.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of echocardiography-based procedural guidance, including screening, intraprocedural imaging, and post-procedural assessment.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise in structural heart imaging (TEE/3D echo) to support therapy adoption and optimize procedural outcomes.

Training content & innovation

  • Develop and continuously improve imaging curricula, simulation-based training, and case libraries aligned with evolving PASCAL indications and best practices.
  • Support integration of advanced imaging tools and digital solutions (e.g., DeviceGuide, 3D reconstruction, imaging software) into education programmes.

What you will need (Required)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • 8 years of work experience with a strong clinical background

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management with ability to drive objectives
  • Extensive knowledge of the area and contribution to development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
  • Extensive understanding of related aspects of clinical therapeutic areas
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and AdvaMed requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to interact professionally across organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage messaging to upper management
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional sales teams, clinical specialists, and training to ensure effective integration of efforts
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and implement control measures to prevent injuries and protect the environment
