We collaborate with surgical teams to develop technologies that improve patient quality of life and expand treatment options, driven by our mission to help patients live longer and healthier lives.As a therapy expert in cardiovascular surgery, the MSL Manager will engage with the surgical and medical cardiac community in the DACH region, serving as a scientific resource, supporting dissemination of clinical evidence, and coordinating educational activities with the EU Surgical MSL team. This role acts as a bridge to provide strategic insights and support local educational programs.How you\’ll make an impact:Visit key hospitals and customers regularly in the DACH region.Maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to stay updated on advances in cardiac surgery.Develop and coordinate centers of excellence for clinical education.Support local educational programs and activities.Collaborate with internal teams to provide medical and scientific expertise.Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines.What you\’ll need:Master\’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with success in customer-facing roles.Passion for innovation and structural heart therapies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.Availability for up to 50% travel across Europe, including occasional weekends.What else we look for:Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Deep knowledge of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.Understanding of medical device regulations, adverse event reporting, and device accountability.We offer a dynamic, inclusive environment with development opportunities, competitive benefits, flexible hours, and remote work options.
