Overview
In this role you empower clinicians to become expert in THV technology, enabling safe, effective valve implants. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver education, training and certification across the territory. You travel to sites to train, plan procedures, and support case execution, driving positive patient outcomes. You contribute to a broader mission of transforming patient care through innovative, evidence-based devices. This position offers meaningful impact by raising proficiency, standardizing practices, and strengthening customer partnerships.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide clinical education and training on THV technology, device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting
- Train physicians and hospital staff; conduct one-on-one and structured education programs
- Cover valve crimping, pre- and post-case management, and case planning
- Certify centers, physicians, and staff per SOP; oversee EW-related certifications
- Suggest and implement improvements to training curricula and materials
- Travel within assigned territory to train customers and support procedures
- Upsell in key strategic accounts in collaboration with Business Managers
- Review market changes, competitive activity, and clinical support needs with cross-functional teams
- Validate software/hardware updates in the field
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of medical device and/or clinical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Training experience in a clinical/technical environment
