Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to join our team as the Director of Social Media Paid & Performance. This role will focus on leading our paid social efforts, optimizing campaigns, and driving growth through targeted advertising. The ideal candidate is an expert in paid media and analytics with a proven track record of maximizing ROI and performance marketing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Paid Social Strategies – Drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage & Optimize Campaigns – Oversee performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
- Budget Allocation & ROI Optimization – Ensure ad spend efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze performance, implement A/B testing, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Creative Collaboration – Work with content and creative teams to produce high-performing ad content.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Adapt to platform changes, new tools, and advertising innovations.
- Team Leadership & Development – Mentor a team of paid media specialists, fostering innovation and best practices.
