Overview In this strategic Platform Leader role, you own the vision and execution for EF’s Operations platform modernization, partnering with Operations, Engineering, UX, and leadership to consolidate systems and reduce friction. You’ll balance hands-on product work with coaching a lean team, guiding cross-functional partners through complex modernization and platform rebuilds. You’ll shape the roadmap, manage risk, and advocate for stakeholder alignment to enable durable, scalable improvements that elevate the traveler experience. This role offers broad impact across multiple units and a clear path from migration to ongoing capability development.
