Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan, build, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit, ensuring all campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.
Optimization:
Monitor performance daily, adjusting targeting, bids, and creatives to drive ROI and meet key performance goals.
Campaign Architecture & Scalability:
Design and implement scalable campaign structures across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit - ensuring consistency and efficiency as activity grows across markets and budgets.
Workflow Automation:
Build and manage automated rules, bulk operations, and process workflows within ad platforms and third‑party tools to reduce manual effort and increase team output without sacrificing quality.
Operational Standards:
Own and enforce campaign naming conventions, taxonomy frameworks, tracking setup, and data hygiene standards across all platforms - ensuring clean, reliable data for reporting and analysis.
Process Design & Documentation:
Develop and maintain clear operational playbooks, SOPs, and campaign setup documentation - enabling consistency across the team.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and lead pre‑launch QA processes to catch errors before campaigns go live, reducing wasted spend and ensuring every campaign meets operational standards.
Tooling & Platform Management:
Evaluate, implement, and manage paid social tools and platforms, identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency through better use of technology.
Cross‑Team Collaboration:
Partner with campaign managers, analytics, and marketing operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and build solutions that allow the broader paid social team to scale effectively.
Reporting Infrastructure:
Support the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards, ensuring campaign data is structured correctly at the source for accurate downstream analysis.
Testing Frameworks:
Design structured testing protocols for audiences, placements, and campaign setups - ensuring experiments are run cleanly and results can be trusted.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in paid social, with a strong focus on campaign operations, process improvement, or marketing technology - managing campaigns with avg monthly budgets of 100k+ USD across major platforms.
Platform Expertise:
Deep working knowledge of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, including bulk editing tools, automated rules, and API‑level features.
Operational Mindset:
Proven ability to design and implement scalable systems, processes, and frameworks that improve team efficiency and data quality - you see beyond the individual campaign to how things work at scale.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable working with product feeds, audience data, tracking pixels, UTM structures, and platform integrations. Experience with tools like Smartly.io, GA4, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in campaign setup, QA, and documentation — you are the last line of defence before campaigns go live.
Cross‑Functional Communication:
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
