Operations Project Coordinator

Location: Europe-based (remote with occasional travel) Type: Freelance (part-time or full-time) Effect Talent Management is a full-service artist management company with teams in the US and Europe. We are currently seeking a Project & Operations Coordinator to support our management team in overseeing and expanding the activities of the band WhoMadeWho – from touring and releases to content, marketing, and collaborations. This position acts as the key liaison between management, the artists, and core collaborators including the social media manager, creative director, and other stakeholders. Support the artist and management in coordinating touring, content, releases, and collaborations Track timelines, deliverables, and key milestones across projects Communicate with artists, management, social media manager, creative director, and other collaborators 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or operations ~ Strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude ~
