As we continue to scale, we are actively seeking a Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to make an immediate and substantial impact on our growth trajectory.
Position is open for both Brussels and Lausanne.
What You’ll Do
As a Management Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:
- AI Strategy Development: Crafting tailored AI strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging industry insights and technical expertise to drive competitive advantage and innovation.
- Client Partnership: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their AI journey, and ensuring solutions are seamlessly integrated into their business operations.
- Workshop Preparation: Assist in organizing workshops for Prompt University and Effixis‘ AI Academy, contributing to the development of our educational initiatives.
- Proposal Development: Co-create proposals and prepare commercial offers in collaboration with our Advisory & Delivery team. Respond to tenders to secure new business opportunities.
- Service Innovation: Work with our Advisory & Delivery unit to conceptualize and launch new offerings that cater to evolving client needs.
- Knowledge Management: Constantly update prompt libraries, use case examples, and other informational resources to facilitate the delivery of top-tier services.
Qualifications
- Passionate about AI, Generative AI, and emerging technologies
- MSc in Business Engineering, or similar
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
- Self-starter with a keen sense of initiative
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, with a meticulous eye for detail
