Overview
In this role, you will develop and run an integrated planning, reporting, and performance-review process to support value-driven decision making. You will manage and enhance the OneStream planning platform and conduct granular financial analyses to uncover root causes and value levers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and business development with data-driven insights. This position emphasizes collaboration with Strategy & Corporate Development and direct engagement with senior management to influence outcomes.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and maintain data models for analysis and forecasting
- Design dashboards and presentations for senior management
- Participate in business performance dialogues and budgeting/forecasting processes
- Create MI reports and simulations from MIS systems to reveal value creation levers
- Collaborate with Strategy & Corporate Development on budgeting and forecasting
- Build relationships with business management and controllers to support Planning & Controlling partnerships
- Act as power user for MI data and ensure accurate data analysis
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Professional experience in EPM BI in Financial Industry
- OneStream software expertise (maintenance and development)
- Strong data modelling and ability to handle large datasets
- Power user of OneStream, MS-PowerBI, MS-Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Excel Macros, VBA, Python, SAS Enterprise Guide for automation
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
