Overview
In this role you will oversee the management and administration of the pension fund, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding employees’ future security. You will align financial and actuarial parameters with long-term stability, supervise investments and annual reporting, and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and service providers. You will support the Foundation’s board with pension strategy and maintain clear communications with members on benefits and regulatory changes. This position combines governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration to sustain the fund and its mission.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Administrative and operational management of the pension fund including enrolment, contributions, and benefits
- Define financial and actuarial regulations to achieve long-term financial equilibrium
- Oversee annual report, IAS 19 reporting, and accounting to the foundation board and supervisory bodies
- Coordinate with actuarial consultants, auditors, and service providers
- Supervise pension fund investments in line with regulations and risk criteria
- Supervise internal control of annual accounts and supervisory documentation
- Support board in defining pension fund strategy and financial stability of the foundation
- Manage communications to members on benefits and regulatory changes
- Monitor regulatory developments and update internal procedures
- Collaborate with HR department and analyze common topics
- Prepare and coordinate board and investment committee meetings and minutes
- Provide pension advice to insured persons (active employees and pensioners)
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science or related disciplines
- Proven experience in managing pension funds or similar institutions
- Strong knowledge of pension legislation (e.g., LOB in Switzerland)
- Expertise in financial management and investment supervision
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Advanced IT tools knowledge for pension management and reporting

- Languages: Italian, English; German and French are assets
